Ingredients

Scale

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

2 tbsp melted butter

Fresh berries or fruit jam for topping

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand.

2. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into the bottom of small glasses or jars. Press down gently to pack it.

3. In another bowl, blend Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey (or maple), vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.

4. Spoon or pipe the yogurt filling over the crust in each cup.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

6. Top with fresh berries, fruit jam, or a drizzle of honey just before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.

These cups can be made up to 2 days in advance.

For a gluten-free version, substitute with gluten-free graham crackers.
