Ingredients
3 tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp nut butter (or Greek yogurt)
2 tbsp almond milk (or any milk)
1–2 tsp maple syrup or mashed banana
Optional: dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix dry ingredients.
2. Add nut butter, maple syrup, milk, and stir well.
3. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds.
5. Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm.
Notes
Microwave times vary—start with 60 seconds and increase if needed.
For vegan: use banana and plant-based milk.
For paleo: stick with almond flour and maple syrup.
