Description

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup rolled oats

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

½ cup mashed banana or unsweetened applesauce

¼ cup nut butter (peanut or almond)

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Mix mashed banana, nut butter, and syrup until smooth.

3. Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until a dough forms.

4. Scoop dough into 8–10 cookies and flatten slightly.

5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden on edges.

6. Cool for 5 minutes before serving or storing.

Notes

To make it vegan, use maple syrup and plant-based protein powder.

Freeze baked cookies in an airtight container for up to 2 months.

Customize with chocolate chips, dried fruit, or coconut flakes.
