Vanilla Mug Cake – Fluffy, Gooey, and Ready in Minutes

Ingredients

4 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp granulated sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)

2 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: chocolate chips, sprinkles, or syrup

Instructions

1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Fold in sprinkles or chocolate chips if desired.

4. Microwave on high for 70–90 seconds until the top looks set.

5. Cool for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

Use a 12 oz mug to prevent overflow.

Start with less microwave time to avoid a rubbery texture.

Top with whipped cream, berries, or ice cream for extra indulgence.
